These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and r85aa ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the r85aa online gaming platform, website located at https://r85aa.cam, and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Services").

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Technical failures, interruptions, or unavailability of Services
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results due to technical malfunction

8.2. r85aa's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited to your account in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less.

8.3. These limitations of liability apply regardless of the legal theory upon which your claim is based, including breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort, strict liability, or any other basis.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9.2. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of r85aa Services shall first be subject to good faith negotiation between the parties. Either party may initiate negotiations by providing written notice to the other party.

9.3. If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language.

9.4. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against r85aa. All claims must be brought in an individual capacity.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

10.1. r85aa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent activity or attempted fraud
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Abusive behavior toward r85aa staff or other users
• Breach of responsible gaming policies
• Failure to complete identity verification

10.2. Upon account closure, any remaining genuine account balance (excluding bonuses, pending bonuses, or fraudulently obtained funds) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to verification and compliance procedures.

10.3. Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests are processed within 24-48 hours. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions
